Study in Germany requirements

  • The German language is a prerequisite for studying in Germany. However, it can be ignored in the following scenarios:
    • Some postgraduate programs and international degree programs
    • You have enrolled only for one or two semesters in the university or are an exchange student.

Two German language tests with indefinite duration are required for study in Germany in English.

The only academic requirement is your diploma or higher education completion certificate to be recognized by the German state.

German universities recognize the IB or GCE diplomas with the latter being eligible for subject-restricted admissions.
